Check-in with room assignment is guaranteed starting at 3:00 PM.

If you arrive early, you can still take advantage of all the services included in the Premium All-Inclusive Package, such as parking and lunch.
We'll see if we can have your room ready as soon as possible and let you know as soon as it's ready.
If you arrive after lunch, you can pick it up on the day of your departure by requesting a packed lunch the night before.

Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. You must vacate your room by that time, and services end with breakfast.
To avoid long lines or waits, we recommend settling your bill the night before or during your stay.
PLEASE NOTE: Beach service ends the day before departure.

Yes, late check-out can be requested directly at reception (subject to availability, for a surcharge).

A 10-minute drive away is the “La Conca” Karting Track, one of the most technical and exciting tracks in international karting; 12 km away is the “La Cutura” Botanical Garden, featuring over 11 gardens, more than 3,000 succulents and tropical plants, and 100 farmyard and ornamental animals; 10 km away is a lovely horseback riding center.

If you’d rather try your hand at diving and snorkeling, there are various options in the Castro or Santa Cesarea Terme areas.

A reservation is considered confirmed if followed by a deposit of 30% of the total stay amount, to be sent within 3 days of receiving the confirmation, unless otherwise specified in the quote or any currently active promotions.

Yes, of course, you can cancel a reservation.

After making a reservation, a 30% deposit is required, to be paid within 7 days:

•    If you cancel up to 30 days before your arrival date, the amount paid will be fully refunded; 
•    In the event of a cancellation made between 29 and 15 days before the scheduled arrival date, a voucher will be issued that can be used within one year of issuance at any Color Holiday property and is transferable to third parties; 
•    If cancellation is notified within the last 14 days before arrival, the entire amount paid will be withheld. 

30% of the amount paid will always be subject to the cancellation policies of the COLOR HOLIDAY GUARANTEE.
Based on when the cancellation occurs, the amount will either be refunded via bank transfer, a voucher will be issued, or the amount will be withheld. The remaining amount will always be refunded via bank transfer, even if the cancellation occurs just a few days before arrival.

Here's the Color Dolmen Family Village policy regarding early departures:

•    For stays of 1 to 3 nights, payment for 3 nights at the non-discounted rate will be required; 
•    For stays of 3 to 5 nights, you will be charged only for the nights actually stayed at the non-discounted rates; 
•    For stays of 6 nights or more, the discounted total will be calculated based on the number of nights actually stayed;  
•    In the event of serious illness or bereavement (with a doctor’s note), you will be charged only for the nights you actually stayed, and any discounts or promotions applied at the time of booking will remain in effect (based on the daily rate).

At Color Dolmen Family Village, 1 or 2 children under 18 stay for free when sharing a room with 2 paying adults.

Your stay can be paid for by bank transfer or directly at the property using cash, debit card, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

Yes, you can pay in installments.

Scalapay lets you book your holiday and pay for it in 3 or 4 convenient, equal installments, interest-free.

You can pay both the deposit and the total balance in installments: let us know your preference at the time of booking, and we’ll send you a dedicated email with all the instructions.

HeyLight lets you book your holiday and pay the balance in convenient installments: from 3 to 12, depending on the cost of your stay.

Just one thing to note: once the deposit has been paid, regardless of the payment method used, it is no longer possible to pay the balance in installments.

How deep is the water? The water depth varies from 0.40 cm to 160 cm.

It’s about 18 km from the property, but a shuttle service is available to get there (for a fee: €3 per person).

Yes, there’s an area dedicated to children: it’s our PappArea, open 24 hours a day.
It is equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, and bottle warmer, as well as salt-free broths and purees prepared by the kitchen every day.

Afternoon snacks at the Food Corner include sweet and savory piadinas, unlimited hot dogs, and frise with fresh tomatoes and basil.
Snacks and yogurt are available upon request.

Here’s what’s included in the Color Dolmen Family Village Free Drink package:

- During bar hours: basic coffee drinks, wine, and draft beer.
- All day, on tap: cola, orange soda, tonic water, lemonade, juices served from child-height dispensers (strawberry juice, peach juice, banana juice), still and sparkling water, limoncello, and house amaro.
- From 8:00 PM to midnight: long drinks made with gin, vodka, and rum, and sangria.

The Open Bar includes coffee, cappuccino, soft drinks, draft beer, house wine, house limoncello, and the house digestif.

Yes, we allow small/medium-sized dogs, up to a maximum of 30 kg (€15 per day).

No, unfortunately, Color Dolmen Family Village does not have an on-site dog exercise area​.
